DEEP PURPLE Frontman To Guest On BBC Radio's 'Masters Of Rock'; BRUCE DICKINSON To Present

DEEP PURPLE frontman Ian Gillan was recently interviewed for BBC Radio 2's "Masters of Rock", a new series tracing the evolution of hard rock and heavy metal. The show, which is presented by IRON MAIDEN singer Bruce Dickinson, features Gillan talking about and playing cuts from PURPLE's upcoming album, "Rapture of the Deep". In addition, there are some exclusive extracts from Ian's forthcoming solo album, "Gillan's Inn" (a celebration of Ian's 40th year on the road, featuring remakes of tracks spanning Gillan's entire career),which is not due out until February next year.
